Nicole

CEO

Nicole grew up in both Idaho and Oregon and proudly calls both places home. She and her husband, Don, have been married for 20 years and are the proud parents of three wonderful kids: Gabi (28), Aidan (22), and Addie (16).

A creative at heart, Nicole loves to craft and is often found with a glue gun or paintbrush in hand. Beyond her love of creativity, she has a deep passion for helping others. Nicole has been a surrogate four times for four different families, and each journey holds a special place in her heart.

Driven by her desire to help others experience the joy of parenthood, Nicole founded A Host of Possibilities in 2013. Through this work, she continues to support and guide families and surrogates with compassion, experience, and a genuine love for what she does.

Alisha

Alisha grew up in eastern Idaho but has lived in Boise since 2003. She and her husband Steven were high school sweethearts and have been married since 2004. They have two sons, Trey (16), and Braden (13) who keep them busy. Alisha loves to read and is always singing along to musicals. She had the opportunity to be a surrogate twice for a local family and cherishes their close relationship. Alisha has been with A Host of Possibilities since 2017 and loves building life-long friendships with intended parents and surrogates from around the world.

Surrogate Program Coordinator

Chelsea called Boise home for 20 years, but recently relocated to Santa Barbara, California. In 2008 she married her husband, Jeremy. She has 5 kids, Gage (19), Finley (14), Hudson (13), Asher (13) and Nora (10). When Chelsea isn’t working, she can be found reading, running, watching her family surf, or playing in the water with her kids. Chelsea has been a surrogate twice and could not love the journey more. She has worked for A Host of Possibilities for 3 years and loves helping families continue to grow through surrogacy.

Cassie

Client Relations & Intended Parent Consultant

Cassie grew up in a military family, moving between California and Kentucky before her family settled in Idaho. In 2013, she married her high school sweetheart, Coy. Together, they have three wonderful kids: Jesse (16), Amya (15), and Macey (12).

When she’s not working, Cassie loves spending time outdoors with her family—whether it’s camping, hunting, fishing, or paddle boarding. She has been a surrogate three times and continues to cherish the close relationships she’s built with the families she carried for, including some in Spain.

Cassie joined A Host of Possibilities in 2023 and is deeply passionate about helping intended parents find their perfect surrogate match.

Mellissa

Executive Assistant

Mellissa was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. She has been happily married to her husband, Tommy, for over 20 years, and together they have a daughter, Isis (19).

Mellissa enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. In her free time, she loves working out and hiking, embracing an active lifestyle that keeps her energized.

A valued and dedicated member of the A Host of Possibilities team, Mellissa has been with the agency for over six years, consistently bringing passion and commitment to her work.

Marketing Manager

Aidan was born in Silverton, Oregon, and moved to Idaho over 13 years ago. He is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science in college.

In his free time, Aidan enjoys skiing, playing video games, and scuba diving with his dad. Since joining A Host of Possibilities in 2024, he has been passionate about sharing surrogacy stories and inspiring others through his work.

With his mom having been a surrogate four times, Aidan draws from his personal experience to bring empathy and enthusiasm to everything he does.

Serena

Serena

 

Serena grew up in Washington but found her home in Boise after earning her degree from Boise State University in 2021. She’s been passionate about creativity and connection from a young age, which eventually led her into the world of social media and digital marketing. Over the past five years, she’s loved working with nonprofits, small businesses, and local brands to build communities and share stories that matter.

Outside of work, Serena enjoys cozy nights with her fiancé, dreaming about future adventures around the world. At home, life is full of personality thanks to their pitbull-lab mix, Tatertot, and their spotted tabby cat, Casserole. She also loves book club reads, board games, and making memories with the people she cares about most.

Serena is excited for all the journeys ahead and can’t wait to keep growing, learning, and building meaningful connections along the way.
